In the "when entering a heading content element" section, there's wording like
"rank equal to or greater", but ranks are instead referred to as "higher" or
"lower". It's not clear whether "greater" means "higher" or "bigger number"
(lower). This section should consistently use "equal to or higher/lower"
instead.
