Erika,

When bugs are reported on the WHATWG spec that don't apply to the W3C's HTML5 spec, simply reassign them to the WHATWG component so that Ian doesn't miss them.

In this case, I can't reproduce the report, so I'm resolving as WORKSFORME. Ian, please let me know if I should have done otherwise.
