This basically means replacing the part of the spec that says "Otherwise, the LinkStyle interface's sheet attribute must return a StyleSheet object with the following properties".

Anne: How do I set the URL, title, media, etc, of the style sheet?

A change for this is already in W3C HTML nightly/ED.
