Specification: http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/multipage/common-microsyntaxes.html Multipage: http://www.whatwg.org/C#floating-point-numbers Complete: http://www.whatwg.org/c#floating-point-numbers Comment: 2.5.4.3: s/floating point/floating-point/ (to improve consistency) Posted from: 78.20.165.163 by mathias@qiwi.be User agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_7_4) AppleWebKit/537.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/21.0.1173.0 Safari/537.1
The heading for this section says “2.5.4.3 Floating-point numbers”, but in the rest of the document “floating point” (without a hyphen) is used. Either `s/floating point/floating-point/g` or `s/floating-point/floating point/g` would improve consistency.
This bug was cloned to create bug 18230 as part of operation convergence.
It's not about consistency, it's about grammatical correctness. Fixed. :-)
Checked in as WHATWG revision r7184. Check-in comment: Fix grammar. http://html5.org/tools/web-apps-tracker?from=7183&to=7184
