8.4 Judgments for FLWOR and other expressions on sequences
This section defines "prime type" which is a term used in many 
places throughout the specification.  It would be useful to 
provide hot links to the definition.

Made 'prime type' a term, with corresponding hot links when they are
refered to in other parts of the document.
