Audio-ISSUE-65 (AudioListenerAttributes): AudioListener attributes underdefined [Web Audio API]

http://www.w3.org/2011/audio/track/issues/65

Raised by: Philip Jägenstedt
On product: Web Audio API

It is undefined what effect setting dopplerFactor and speedOfSound has.

Further, may the attributes be modified at any time and must implementations make an effort to smooth over changes that would otherwise cause audible artifacts?
