Audio-ISSUE-37 (exponentialRampToValueAtTime): AudioParam.exponentialRampToValueAtTime [Web Audio API]

http://www.w3.org/2011/audio/track/issues/37

Raised by: Philip Jägenstedt
On product: Web Audio API

The exponent used in exponentialRampToValueAtTime is undefined. Also, the time parameter is underdefined -- is it the start time or the end time? If it is the start time, does the ramp continue indefinitely? If it is the end time, what does that mean?

Added details look good. No objection in more than a week, closing.
