Audio-ISSUE-30 (CrossReferences): IDL sections should be cross-referenced to definitions [Web Audio API]

http://www.w3.org/2011/audio/track/issues/30

Raised by: Philip Jägenstedt
On product: Web Audio API

For example, <https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/audio/raw-file/tip/webaudio/specification.html#AudioContext-section> would be a lot easier to review and follow if each attribute type and name were linked to their definitions.

This is not really a Web IDL compatibility issue.
