I think the spec should contain how much minimal size of shadow stack should be supported like HTML spec contains the maximal nesting level.

Could you link to the section of the HTML5 spec? Searching did not turn up anything immediately obvious for me.

What is the rationale for limiting Shadow DOM stacking?

Ah, sorry it's my mistake... HTML specification did not say anything about max nesting level. I though it is specified, but actually it's not.

The intention was: it's apparent that we cannot support super nested Shadow DOM so the spec limit gives us the reason to excuse.

Let's make this INVALID.
