3.2.5.3 Paragraphs http://www.w3.org/TR/html5/content-models.html#paragraphs The concept of paragraphs is explained and is made more difficult to apprehend because some text (such as headers) is not a paragraph while other very similar text--including text not enclosed by anything more than a section tag--is. Should there be greater emphasis on the fact that it is phrasing content?
