The spec is inconsistent in whether the quotes are included in the string or not. The IDL suggests they are not, but the prose suggests they are. Clearly the intention is to not include them, so the right fix is to remove them from prose.

Bit muddled by this bug. simonp, can you check http://dev.w3.org/2006/webapi/FileAPI/#dfn-Blob and let me know if this is still a problem?

I'd like the definition in the table to be

<dfn ...>native</dfn>

and references to it could use something like 

"<a ...>native</a>"
