4.5.2 General Comparisons Notation + Norm / rule 1 'For convenience, GeneralOp denotes the operators "=", "!=", "<", "<=", ">", or ">=".' Again, this is silly. Just use GeneralComp. (Or rename GeneralComp to GeneralOp.)
