Hixie, this is because regardless of what WG the specs are in, they all reference the "middle-w3c-feedback" boilerplate file. So one way to fix it would be to create separate middle-w3c-html-feedback and middle-w3c-webapps-feedback files.

Probably better just to define a macro thingy and make the link use it.
