Viewlink defines a set of behaviors for the specific subsets of CSS attributes. We should look closely and decide if this is something we should do, too.

The inheritance behavior in http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms531429(v=vs.85).aspx appears to just match CSS2.1 property behavior.
