There are missing CDATA sections required to make these tests work.

e.g.

    <test>node-name( (<a/>, <b/>))</test>

should be

    <test><![CDATA[node-name( (<a/>, <b/>))]]></test>

These tests appear to have been fixed since the bug was raised.
