if you go to http://w3c-test.org/framework/review/i18n-html5/ and select a section under "A section of the specification:" it doesn't produce any results.  As far as I can tell, this is broken for all test suites.

I believe that this is fixed with my latest commit. It might take a little while for it to appear on the site as it is synced intermittently.

I tried a few instances in the i18n test suites, and it seems to be working. Thanks!
