Philip,

Would be great to have this reviewed. I'd like to be able to be able to make the test results available through the W3C framework but I think we are going to have a hard time collecting results unless users are able to auto-run the tests in the W3C framework instead of needing to do it manually.

It's probably easiest if I first copy over the other changes to the submitted tests; I'll try to get that done somewhere this week.
