It could instead say "A supported type ending in "+xml""

I'll just change the spec to exclude those types that have registered handlers.

Checked in as WHATWG revision r6661.
Check-in comment: Make the */*+xml handling be fallback handling, rather than overriding any registered handlers for specific XML types.
