1) selectAll should be defined to behave the same as Ctrl+A.

2) If executed inside an editing host, it needs to select only the editing host's contents, not the whole document.

What qualifies as "inside an editing host", though?  Do we follow the activeElement?  My tests currently set the selection without changing the focus, so they don't change activeElement.  I'm reluctant to normatively depend on activeElement here, because its behavior isn't really defined, so selectAll wouldn't really be defined.
