Many of the form associated elements are often used outside of form elements in interactive applications.  Add some examples of this useage, and cross-reference commands where appropriate.

If anyone has any screenshots (either of demos or of sites that are willing to be depicted in the spec  no potential copyright violations please) that depict elements used in this way that would be especially helpful  please attach them to this bug.

So this bug is waiting on somebody to contribute screenshots/examples.
