Our implementation raises XQDY0027 at stage 0 in:

let $pref := validate strict {<DUMMYREF CATREF="P"/>}

because there it fails identity constraint checks - there is not ID with value "P".

revalidate-valtrans-ins-002 has a similar problem.  $book1copy has an IDREF value "MMP", but $book1copy doesn't include the CATEGORIES.
