Is what working, the copy of the spec that you downloaded as a ZIP file and are serving from your Unix desktop on port 8082 through some mechanism that seems to involve opening arbitrary local ZIP files by pretending they're JARs and serving individual files as web pages?  Yes, it seems so.

(Does NetBeans really package the WHATWG version of the HTML5 spec as part of its docs?  Maybe a check should be added so the script only works if the URL is right, to prevent people from mistakenly submitting feedback from grossly out-of-date drafts . . . or at least add a date indicator to the submitted feedback.)
