FWIW I think these changes are generally positive, so I would expect that we would, broadly speaking be happy with the spec aligning more to Firefox.

Checked in as WHATWG revision r5964.
Check-in comment: Revamp pushState() to work like Firefox 4, since that actually makes the API useful. See also, WHATWG mail, and the bug below.
