The boilerplate should list the latest WD (<http://www.w3.org/TR/2011/WD-html5-20110113/>).

Clarifying: the editor's copy lists WDs only up to the Oct 2010 WD.

This is now fixed in the boilerplate and it will be reflected in the ED after we flip the boilerplate settings back post-publication.
