User needs to delete Annotations by digging into the files in 
~/.amaya/annotations
 directory.
Also the UI action is already available (select the Anotation>Delete) in the Editor area, but it's not yet implemented

Select Annotation>Local menu>Delete
 should 
delete the  Annotation Resource from the proper rdf file
delete the xhtml file referenced by the body property
