In last paragraph, "A document that uses polyglot markup is document that..." should read "A document that uses polyglot markup is a document that..."
This is a direct copy-paste from the abstract of the referenced document. Reassigning to Elliott so that he can fix the abstract; Elliott, once you've fixed the abstract on your end please reassign the bug to me and I'll update the HTML spec accordingly.
ACK! What a difference an "a" makes (rimshot!).... This is fixed in the editor's draft of 1/1/11. Thanks for the catch and happy new year!
