Description Tony Ross [MSFT] 2010-10-27 17:56:31 UTC
I'm not aware of any specific accessibility issues that arise from constructing polyglot documents, but I still think this topic deserves mention in the spec. If for nothing else, this would be to inform those reading the spec that no additional care needs to be taken for accessibility above and beyond what one would already do with normal HTML or XHTML documents.

Of course, if anyone is aware of accessibility-related issues that can be encountered when writing polyglot, those should definitely be called out in the spec.

I'm still looking into whether there are any issues in accessibility that are specific to polyglot markup and are not duplicates of HTML issues in general.

If any arise, I will reopen this bug. Feel free to do so if any occur to you, as well. In the meantime I am resolveing it as NEEDS INFO.

Thanks for the suggestion,

Eliot
