2.5.2.1. Interaction Based Information Alignment

The last paragraph of 2.5.2.1 may be too conceptual. It may be augmented 
as:

  ... In other words, after each action, its state is immediately shared by
  the other party through appropriate variables, so that both act on the 
  basis of shared understanding.

In other words, after each Alignment Interaction, both parties act on the basis
of their shared understanding for the messages exchanged and the information
recorded.
