The codebase attribute of the HTML object element must be used to the resolve relative URI that may appear in the data attribute:
 http://www.w3.org/TR/html401/struct/objects.html#edef-OBJECT

The mobileOK Checker does not handle this case, and always resolves relative URIs against the base URI of the HTML document.
