This is an archived snapshot of W3C's public bugzilla bug tracker, decommissioned in April 2019. Please see the home page for more details.
The W3C Link Checker, when I entered <http://cold32.com>, allowed 10 levels of recursion (more than needed), and set it to send the Referer, said there was an error with this URL's fragment (appearing in http://cold32.com/7/speculation-and-closing/1/speculations.htm) but I had no problem visiting the URL with or without the fragment string including visiting the fragment: <https://books.google.com/books?id=2mR1AwAAQBAJ&pg=RA3-PA56&lpg=RA3-PA56&dq=%22Polar+Bear+Club%22+%28grease+OR+oil%29+skin&source=bl&ots=i96yG_ejmX&sig=0qPeu1UIqiFBhboFQ7rs4hCLUAE&hl=en&sa=X&ved=0CDoQ6AEwBGoVChMIvqHZud3MyAIVAjQ-Ch0QSwza#v=onepage&q=%22Polar%20Bear%20Club%22%20%28grease%20OR%20oil%29%20skin&f=false>. This was from <http://cold32.com/7/speculation-and-closing/1/speculations.htm>. For this bug report, I guessed the component and the version; the version is actually 4.81.
