This is an archived snapshot of W3C's public bugzilla bug tracker, decommissioned in April 2019. Please see the home page for more details.
In 12.2.3.1 "The insertion mode", in the 'reset the insertion mode appropriately' algorithm, step 14 says: If node is an html element, then switch the insertion mode to "before head" Then, abort these steps. (fragment case) Insert a period after '"before head"'. Better yet, change "Then," to "and" to be consistent with other steps in the alg.
Checked in as WHATWG revision r7900. Check-in comment: Remove some comments to make this more consistent. It's highly unlikely that this will change anyway. http://html5.org/tools/web-apps-tracker?from=7899&to=7900
