Reported by Simon Sapin 17.5.2.1 (Fixed table layout) says: # In this manner, the user agent can begin to lay out the table once # the entire first row has been received. This would seem to be false in the case that table-column elements are encountered after the first row has been received. So are such elements to be ignored?
