In "3.8.2 XML Representation of Model Group Schema Components" the Content for "all" should also contain "group". "Content: (annotation?, (element | any)*)" should be changed to: "Content: (annotation?, (element | any | group)*)" If not schema for schemas and the example at the beginning of "3.8 Model Groups" should be changed.
You are quite correct; thank you for pointing it out. This appears to be the same point as is raised in comment 12 of bug 7031 (http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=7031#c12). I do not now understand why the change to the XML syntax display failed to appear in the published draft, but the WG's internal copy of the document does now show the change, so I believe that the underlying cause, whatever it was, has now been fixed. I'm marking this issue as a duplicate of bug 7031, which will I believe cause it to be treated as having been resolved. If you, as the originator of this bug report, are content with this resolution, you need do nothing (except wait for a fresh publication of the document with the fix); if you are unsatisifed with it, please let us know. If we don't hear from you in the next two weeks we will assume you are happy. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 7031 ***
