Related notes:
Determined that CSS2.1 is ambiguous regarding to resolution of 'normal', specifically in the language "When an element contains text that is rendered in more than one font, user agents may determine the 'normal' 'line-height' value according to the largest font size." [1], which language we had previously used to specify use of "largest font size". After consulting with CSS WG members, determined that "largest font size" was intended to correspond to "font metrics producing largest sum of ascent, descent and line gap for fonts that applied to immediate text node children of paragraph, and ignoring font size of span children of paragraph".
As a result of this review, completely revise language regarding resolution of 'normal' in TTML2, about which see https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/ttml/rev/4b056bc52a0d.
