RESOLUTION: Approve minutes of 2026-04-30

Informal discussions last week 2

andyS: we had a good discussion on RDF/XML, difficult problem, but envisioned solution seems to work

ktk: should we reserve bi-weekly meetings for discussions like we did in the past?

andys: support this idea

ora: maybe recurring agenda item

TPAC & ISWC 2026 3 4

ktk: will be discussed in next chair meeting, proposal forthcoming

<pfps> Although I wouldn't be going to TPAC in any case, the timing stinks!

ktk: TPAC same date as ISWC
… almost the same time zone. maybe have a joined virtual session

ora: i will be at ISWC

pchampin: will be at TPAC which is a good place to have working group meetings. observers in dublin might be interested
… might be a good opportunity to get more people in

ora: try to get a joined meeting on the ISWC agenda
… program committee is not visible on the website. will email chairs

andys: TPAC general plenary is on wednesday which would be bad for telco

ACTION: ora to email the ISWC organizers

<gb> Created action #190

Review of open PRs, available at 5

<niklasl> This one: w3c/rdf-common#16

<gb> Pull Request 16 fix error when generating doc with Respec 37.0 (by pchampin)

<AndyS> w3c/rdf-common#16

pchampin: will merge pr

ora: 327 review needed

andys: and fixes as well

ora: a lot of dark mode issues, little of "substance"
… not a complaint!

ktk: do we get towards the end, or is there some stuff hidden somewhere?

andys: still a lot of sparql errata

ora: anything we can do to help?

pchampin: we are not entirely done with the TAG discussion. i'm working on a PR to document the discussion

<niklasl> w3c/rdf-star-wg#189

<gb> Issue 189 Consolidate advice about versions of RDF syntax and HTTP access (by niklasl) [needs discussion] [ms:CR]

niklas: there is an issue about versions that still needs work

<pchampin> +1 thanks, will report on that issue

ktk: mailing list follow up needed?
… andy just replied today

Identifying issues to solve before CR 6

pchampin: 98% passing sparql implementation in sophia, ready to submit an implementation report

<ktk> s/implementatuion/implementation/

pchampin: will very soon be available on github
… i received an email from graphwise, complaining that the test suite doesn't include the version - so they are looking at the test suite
… they opened an issue a few days ago

<pchampin> w3c/rdf-tests#331

<gb> https://github.com/w3c/rdf-tests/issues/331

Any Other Business (AOB), time permitting

ktk: seems like oracle is working on a 1.2 implementation
… on qlever it is not prioritized

andys: tentris will probably follow as well
… jena supports it in 6.1 release

tallted: latest internal builds of Virtuoso passed all tests as of a few weeks ago. I don't know whether that's reflected in currently available downloads.

andys: oxigraph did it, comunica as well

ora: will follow up with stardog

andys: rdflib are working on it
… rubyrdf has 1.2 stuff in it

ktk: KGC had good presentations, interesting questions

<ktk> s/implementatuion/implementation/
