Accessibility of Machine Learning and Generative AI.

janina: It's going to be after TPAC and vacation. Primary focus will be on AI after that.

janina: for APA sessions refer to the link. In the list of links in that URL, 5pm Japan time, there's a breakout that Janina is chairing, "stronger together..." is the first two words. Exploring agentic AI with APA adapt task forces. "Discoverable destinations." Cohorts from adapt task force will be doing most of the talking. Asking the room to consider

whether we can build more effective agents for specific tasks - intent-driven design. Spool up agents that can operate on our behalf, cognizant of our a11y requirements...Customized. What does this world look like and ensure support so universal needs are all in the browser...you don't need excel or Word or anything. Been successful but run into

limitations. Some are in the paper, some still to bring up and write about,. Exploring this alternative approach.

jason: been in some discussions in what's going on in Canada. Looks like something coming from Canadian Gov on accessible and equitable AI.

jason: propose after TPAC we continue conversation and doc revisions will happen in parallel. Anything else to add?

Scheduling upcoming Task Force meetings.

jason: TPAC will affect our schedule. Janina will be most constrained for a while.

Janina: APA practice to not meet the week before TPAC. Nov 19. the 26th is the week of US Thanksgiving. I propose we meet Dec 3, 10, and 17. And take the last two weeks of the year off, which is custom in APA. Then back to business in 2026

Jason: I propose we do that. Given machine learning and AI is primary agenda, wait for Janina. Unless anyone has anything to meet about before the 3rd of Dec?
… next meeting is Dec 3, 10, 17. Then into 2026.

Scott: First week of 2026 I might be on summer leave.

Jason: If anything does happen we have the mailing list and Github tracking
