ISWC & TPAC weeks

<pfps> I'll be in Japan

ora: It's about midnight in Japan at this slot.

<pchampin> I'll be in Japan as well, so unable to join

ora: some people will be at Japan ISWC and unlikely to be on the call.

ora: TPAC: slot Tuesday morning (local)
… I can join remotely.

ktk: 11 November 2025

ora: that weeks WG regular meeting - I prose keeping the meeting.

pchampin: registrants 5 people registered at TPAC. 2 are observers.

ora: Keep the WG meetings.

Review of open actions, available at 2

pchampin: action 179. Can close this action.
… some items marked "propose closing". Keep Turtle as the syntax root.

ktk: please add the final picture

pchampin: OK

pchampin: Can publish N-triples while Turtle is one step behind.

AndyS: Turtle as a root, you mean related syntaxes but not RDF/XML

pchampin: yes

souri: N-Triples depends on Turtle -- I see NT as the primary form.

pchampin: Obe vie if building n-triples -> Turtle etc. Nowadays Turtle has the common text. Hard to undo.

<AndyS> s/Obe view if/One view is/

pchampin: suggest we keep things as they are.

AndyS: Turtle has intro material. Best to keep it there.

pchampin: Echidna action can be closed (#55)

<gb> Action 55 set up echidna in all RDF&SPARQL WG GH repositories (on pchampin) due 27 Apr 2023

pchampin: #183 is done

<gb> CLOSED Action 183 add a summary of the main changes since RDF 1.1 in rdf-concepts (on pchampin) due 2025-10-23

Identifying issues to solve before CR 3

doerthe: Proof exists , not added yet.

ora: About "Appendix C: Proof of some results"
… and appendix A: Entailment rules. PR exists.

ora: Do all specs need to go to REC at once?

pchampin: Not all at once, subject to normative reference rules.
