ACTION: Steven suggest name for descriptive elements

https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-xformsusers/2025May/0004

Steven: Any preferences?
… (or UI Support)

Alain: Descriptive works for me

Erik: Not Meta, or Rubric, other than that no particular preference.
… Descriptive is fine

ACTION: Steven rename UI Common

Steven to suggest text on reading/writing child nodes of data

https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-xformsusers/2025May/0006

Steven: I've introduced new error-types for binding-error; I've united two texts from Processing common to all controls, and setvalue
… I need a suggestion for the error-type of reading from root, though I'm not sure why we object to that, but maybe I'm missing something

Alain: I think it's OK to read the root

Steven: It would work the same as reading the root element

Erik: I agree

Erik: There's the issue of the error-type names, we could merge the two overwrite ones
… writing-to-complexContent

Alain: They really are two different errors, they need different names

Erik: That's fine

Steven: Let's keep it as proposed "overwrite-root" and "overwrite-children"

ACTION: Steven to add read/write text to spec

<output mediatype=""/>

https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-xformsusers/2025Apr/0015

Steven: I made a mistake and merged my action for that with the last one, so I still have to do it.

AOB

Steven: I am writing an XForms techniques tutorial and will send a link next week
… speak next week
