Jason: Suggests that Josh's proposed structure would require readers to read most of the document, including the examples, to gain an understanding of the central issues. He suggests an overview of the issues taht follows the introductory section, followed by the examples and discussion in the balance of the document.
Josh is open to having an overview section, appreciates the formulation of issues as developed in recent Task Force conversations, and has added further thoughts into the proposal for a revised document structure.
