Lisa: Next week is the RTQF meeting, we are meant to be working with them with our comments on collaborative tools

<lisa> https://www.w3.org/community/global-inclusion/

Lisa: Internationalization group membership joining is now open per link. Jan to be co-chair (to be arranged).

Jan: Getting clarification on group naming ("AI" acronym may be confusing)

<julierawe> Could we change it to "International Accessibility Community Group"?

Lisa: Group is now Global Inclusion

Lisa: For now, lets keep it as is; Global Inclusion is the short-form list which is different than the full name.

<julierawe> Flagging that it may be confusing for the short name to be so different from the full name

Lisa: Once Jan is chair, then we can evolve the short name and get Roy to make those modifications we agree on.

Lisa: After getting initial joiners to the group, we can reach out to others who might be interested.

Lisa: Testing group needs David, to be discussed another week

<lisa> close item 5

<lisa> next item

Lisa: April 22 is Passover, but this is the day Becca will do the Literary review working meeting

Lisa: Item, citations around Mental Health literary review discussion. Current method of cross reference would be to add bracketed Row number of source

Lisa: This corresponds to the W3C Style guide. So before publication or draft, we replace the bracketed numbers with the referenced citation.

<lisa> proposal: we follow the style guide at https://www.w3.org/Guide/manual-of-style/#ref-section , but we also let people refrence a row number in our database (clarify which database) which has the refrence.

<lisa> close item 6

Lisa: Structured decision making as a separate paper continues development.

Lisa: Guardianship paper, have post-it style notes of things to fill in; make sure this is the structure that we want and then review post-it notes for assignment.

Lisa: Reviewed structure of support decision making paper and good places to increase coverage or content or cross-reference W3C methodology.

Lisa: No current objections to this structure - we will continue on, especially with Jennie as a reference as she is a primary author.

Lisa: We may review/edit sections like Information From Colleagues.

Lisa: Any takers for sections in this document as discussed?

Frankie: Willing to do review, pending some additional familiarization.

Eric: Willing to do review as well

<kirkwood> a potential info resource in US https://supporteddecisionmaking.org/

Lisa: Reviewed To Do's and added clarity for those doing the write-ups (for Supported Decision Making issue paper)

Lisa: Put this on another weeks again to get more uptake on sections

Summary of resolutions

  1. we follow the style guide at https://www.w3.org/Guide/manual-of-style/#ref-section , but we also let people refrence a row number in our database (clarify which database) which has the refrence.
