member's update

<iali> mhakkinen: QTI 3 specification has been approved by IMS standard group

<iali> janina: we are supposed to do some prototype with data-ssml

<iali> mhakkinen: Question & Test Interoperability

<iali> PaulG: there are issue like limitation os SSML and not the technique. If we were to go and change the direction into ARIA space as we were suggesting, then there is no conflict here

<iali> mhakkinen: I am going to work on the best practices for the QTI. Currently, Pearson and TextHelp have already implemented the data-ssml
