… we plan a joint meeting
… for Jeff it was important to setup memorandum of understanding
… we should add OPC-UA collaboration also in new charter

Kaz: My impression and understanding from the call with Jeff is a bit different
… should not start with MoU
… first start with clarifying expectations
… suggest some more detailed discussions
… expectations should not be informative .. rather a formative specification

McCool: We can't decide on our own for a REC track document
… needs to go into new charter

Kaz: let's start with further discussions

McCool: let's start with discussion in editors call

Kaz: in that case, we should call the meeting "the OPC-UA liaison call", and ask all the necessary people to join it

McCool: Can update the calendar
… might mess up peoples calendar
… will create the OPC-UA liaison call -> same WebEx

Lagally: May I suggest .... start drafting a plan
… technical questions
… alignments questions
… IPR terms
… believe we have a lot of open questions
