Meeting minutes

minutes review

<kaz> Feb-9

Fady: anything to change in the minutes?

<kaz> approved

Agenda

Fady: I am working with Ege to handle TMs
… in a good architectured way
… in order to add other assertions

https://github.com/thingweb/thingweb-playground/blob/master/packages/assertions/mergeResults.js

Ege: we can merge csv files as long as they are following the same structure

<kaz> kaz: before diving into the details, we should clarify the preparation schedule given we're headed to the Testfest/Plugfest on 14-18 March, with a daily Testfest sync call at 8am ET and a Plugfest call at 9am ET

Ege: to add on what fady said, the idea is to let others define assertions and just add them in a flexible way to the assertion tester

Fady: we can work on the schedule now

Fady: (edits events/2022.03.Online

McCool: I have a new draft implementation report for Arch. I will do also for td and discovery

McCool: there are about 12 assertions in arch. we can just do them manually

Ege: but this list is for a plugfest or testfest?

McCool: ah yes these are more for testfest

McCool: it would be nice to get the TDs and TMs of everyone before the testfest

Ege: I like to separate these efforts into different TFs.

Kaz: we should define who would work on what

McCool: michael lagally can run the plugfest

McCool: (mentions potential collaboration between Intel and Hitachi)

updated README.md about the basic plan for the upcoming March Plugfest/Testfest

(some more discussion about possible target protocols, components, etc., to be tested)

Ege: would be nice to put the information as GitHub Issues

Kaz: think it would be nicer to have a template for each project like we did for the previous Plugfest

McCool: we should consider security testing as well
… some content under the wot-security repo

Ege: testbench should be usefl

<Ege> https://github.com/tum-esi/testbench/blob/master/src/wot-test-bench.ts#L126 for mccool

McCool: draft implementation reports also to be prepared
… will update the ones for Architecture
… will make a PR shortly

(McCool leaves for another meeting)

Fady: will work on the preparation

Kaz: it might make sense for you to have some chat with McCool and Ege offline too

Fady: ok

planning README.md

Kaz: everybody is encouraged to add resources to the README above for the upcoming March Plugfest/Testfest based on their ideas
… including the possible template for both the Plugfest and Testfest

Fady: have generated some template already

Kaz: in that case, please add a link to it to the README.md above too

Fady: ok
