Replacements for "define" at the beginning of learning outcomes https://www.github.com/w3c/wai-curricula/pull/433/files

Daniel: Diff Files are available in GitHub to review where the word "define" was changed.
... When it was about a designer making a decision, the word "Select" or "Apply" were used most of the time.
... Does it make sense when there is collaboration between a developer and designer, okay to use some of these words?

Carlos: Do we need to remove ALL of the "define" words?

Daniel: Seems like some instances where it can still be used.

I believe that if define is what is happening in the learning outcome, then it should be used.

Daniel: Agree for some the word define is targeting what is happening in the learning outcome.

Sarah: "Specify" may be a better term in some cases.

Carlos: "Specify" would be better to use in some cases where Apply has been used.

Daniel: Agree, specify is a good term to use.
... Hearing we may have gone too far removing most of the "define" words and can rethink to keep them or choose a different word.
... I will review these again where the outcome should be where "define" is used instead of the replacement word that was added.

Updated proposal on reducing risks when showing flashing content https://github.com/w3c/wai-curricula/issues/437/#issuecomment-992255940

Daniel: To summarize: had discussion around this with the larger working group. We have reworded the introductory paragraph. Added additional warning in the teaching section just before the bullets. We clarified who (student or instructor) to sign off on understanding.

Daniel: Decided that it is the responsibility of the instructor to give the warning and ensure students are ready/okay to proceed. Also made sure that thresholds are defined or explained better.

Brent: Still need to add a bit around giving students the opportunity to privately opt out or inform the instructor that the examples of flashing content exposure is unwanted.

Daniel: Understanding two things: 1) that the student can communicate to the instructor privately about any issue, 2) that the instructor communicates prior (not just before) to the lesson that it will include examples of flashing and blinking content.
... Will work on adding some more language around those two areas.
... Thank you for the feedback. Expecting to have another meeting next week where we can look at this language again and try to finalize the bullets.
... Any other topics?

Sarah: Happy New Year!

Great Job on the content!
