Web page

McCool: need to look at event page
… remove cancellation box

Daniel: can provide PR
… updated "Events" section recently

McCool: TPAC page not very useful at the moment
… suggest adding link to our wiki as well
… mention DIoT and add link

Kaz: IoT Tech Expo could be added also

Philipp: RIOT summit

McCool: Tweet about new events
… first fix the events sections
… tweet maybe next week about it
… plan to do some clean-up on wiki page tomorrow

Daniel: merge PR directly?

McCool: Simple enough to be merged directly

Issues

Structure Video page

https://github.com/w3c/wot-marketing/issues/194

McCool: might want to categorize the page
… * starting points
… * contributions
… right now some older videos are near to the top
… suggest till Ege is in the call also

contact information

https://github.com/w3c/wot-marketing/issues/192

McCool: What is missing?
… emails are on documents.. but emails on websites are tricky

Daniel: maybe more generic, link to stackoverflow, twitter, ...

McCool: We miss badges on website

Daniel: propose to create dedicated "contact" page with all this information

Philipp: Discord server?

Daniel: matrix would be another possibility

Philipp: Discord is like slack ...

McCool: Prefer to have something that pushes me emails
… GitHub could be also useful
… do we need something to provide private contact?

Philipp: Not sure at the moment which GitHub repo to be used

McCool: not sure how to handle private communication without sharing emails
… maybe mailing list with spam filter?

Process/Tooling to Keep WoT Events Up to Date

https://github.com/w3c/wot-marketing/issues/179

Kaz: Let's check with PLH

<kaz> PLH's message on the new calendar system sent to the Chairs list
