<kaz> proposed draft Charter

McCool: Linked Data signatures WG
… we worked on a PR for signatures, there's also this WG charter being proposed
… I summarized our work, suggested what we would like to see in terms of convergence
… Their charter refers WoT, they want to collaborate
… we need to proceed and potentially align later with their standard
… Currently we state "we are discussing", can we make this "supports"
… what do people think?

Sebastian: this is important technology, would be nice if it would be available

Lagally: their timeline is long, their charter goes until Sept 2023
… we should ask for initial input for our draft

Kaz: agree to support this work. regarding concrete relationship/dependency between our specs and their specs, we need to talk with PLH, etc., later, though the group decide to change the title of issue https://github.com/w3c/lds-wg-charter/issues/78 to "Web of Things (WoT) WG supports the W3C LDS WG"

Resolution: the group decide to change the title of issue https://github.com/w3c/lds-wg-charter/issues/78 to "W3C Web of Things (WoT) WG supports the W3C LDS WG"
