Kaz: Alibaba mentioned the WoT WG work within their slides on Digital Twins.

McCool: Are they joining the WG?

Kaz: I suggested they work with both the IG and the WG, but probably starting with the use case discussion by the IG.

McCool: My proposal is to go forward with the submission.

McCool: Sebastian had some feedback regarding the wording orchestration. I expanded it.

McCool: Kaz, did you take a look into it?

Kaz: Yes,I had a call with ECHONET.

McCool: I think this is very encouraging, since these are industry products. Would be nice to align them with our standard.

McCool: Still waiting for updates

GAIA-X

McCool: We were talking about it this morning.

GAIA-X

McCool: We discussed this and came to the conclusion to invite them.

SOLID

McCool: They have some things which are similar to the WoT directory.

Koster: They have a platform around Json LD.

McCool: I think their goal is to write a spec and move it to the W3C.

Scripting

Daniel: We had a joint meeting with security.
… in order to solve some issues around security in scripting.

Discovery

McCool: We merged some things, the editor draft is in progress.
… you can take a look into the issue tracker.
… we had some feedback regarding the focus on HTTP. HTTP is the focus for now and we are going to support CoAP, MQTT in the future.

Marketing

Sebastian: We had a call yesterday.
… we talked about the animation video. The captions. We now have Japanese, Chinese, Italian and German. Some of them have to get approved.
… kaz found out there were some bugs with the timing of the captions. He fixed it.

Sebastian: we also talked about the webpage. Liaisons are now added. The logos will be added later.

Sebastian: We also had a new tool for Java added to the site.

McCool: I think that is interesting. It has a SPARQL implementation in it. So, it works with the directory.

McCool: the LinkSmart implementation isn't listed here.

Sebastian: Farshid already created a PR for LinkSmart.

Sebastian: We still have the old page active. I have to clarify this.

Architecture

McCool: There are a lot of open PR, but I don't want to do it without Michael Lagally.
… in the meantime people can take a look into the PR and review them.

Sebastian: I make a request to review the spec.

McCool: Security is broken in the TD spec.

Sebastian: I take a look into it.
