APA requesting comments for RTC and have other comments but are happy to accept very specific feedback at this later stage

see the above google doc

lisa - want to change to day if possible

Jennie have thngs ot add to itme s 5 & 11 - only added highest priority

lisa 5 & another

lisa: lets add the word "also" to 5 for AAC
… similar for 11

Jennie - I'm fine with those changes

ac st

lisa: I added to 16 - 3 details 1) at any point 2) using preferred method, 3)
… 16 added includes "human" and findable
… added another user need for "generally usable"
… plus a few details from content usable

jennie in US we ahave a speech to speech relay service for people need AAC or communication partner
… would it be useful to mention that?

Lisa - fits under req 16f
… added to google doc

<Jennie> Speech to speech relay: https://www.fcc.gov/consumers/guides/speech-speech-relay-service

<LisaSeemanKest> sumit this in the issueto apa?

lisa I think they will appreciate feedback in short timescale

<LisaSeemanKest> close, item 3

<LisaSeemanKest> close, item 2

there is a W3C group on diversity and I'd like to add them to the groups we are liaising with.
… Think we can add valuable resource
… or are we overstretching

<Rachael> +1 to engaging with them

rain: I do this in my work and could share

<Rachael> PWE I think

lisa: also "helping chairs help us"

John K: also my groups are working on that so am interested

lisa: so will reach out. Fits in with work Michael and Rachael are doing to smooth collaborations between groups

rain: sharing screen showing coga-friendly shopping wireframe

tried to provide and exhaustive set that cover the objectives
… each wire frame illustrates one or more
… eg zoomed in image section to show user were they are, connection to header to provide location
… starts with the wirefame and user story (shop for orange poppies for someone else)
… current item and filters clear to support memory and also help
… indicated tab order (for a designer)
… tried hard to communicate concepts - not worked of asthetics
… eg filters show how they help users.
… modal to "help me pick"
… then explain what will be needed to check out

<Jennie> * I am on queue to respond to Michael's 2nd question

<LisaSeemanKest> ac m

<Zakim> MichaelC, you wanted to ask how this resource is expected to be presented and used and to explore intersection with Before-After Demo https://www.w3.org/WAI/demos/bad/

michael - reminds me of the Before After demo (BAD)
… where would this go? Obviously not a TR doc
… could be used to illustrate the objectives

jenie - CU is very text dense - so images can help meet our guidelines

michael - seem large to fit in

rain - will not include entire image - but closeup sections

jennie: started with entire thing at start so we can be sure have everything covered
… then we can add pieces as we go

while BAD is excellent it doesn't cover all our recommendations

john K: orientation through a process is a key point

<MichaelC> https://www.w3.org/WAI/demos/bad/

Lisa: help people get read -

rain: two parts - "Help me Pick" and pre checkout

this image is intentially mid process - where things start to fall apart
… or "ready to buy" explains what info is required.

lisa: I think there is a question of is it better to take something that is hard or makes the point.

jennie - it's available at any time

steve: i think this will be used to illustrate CU - not be a perfect site in itself

lisa: feel it might need more attention

jennie: slide one has a "before you buy" we can change text - that is good feedback.

lisa: "what do I need" would be better
… also phone number more important than physical address
… personalisation options eg show less
… price might be first thing to sort by

jennie: help me pick helps answer several key questions

<Jennie> * Nice job Rain!

<cweidner> +1

<Jennie> *Sorry, I have to drop

can omeone do the minutes?
