Meeting minutes
Priorities for future Task force deliverables (especially publications).
<Zakim> joconnor, you wanted to mention update on possibilities for user requirements documents
jasonjgw: A number of potential areas have been discussed with possible deliverables
joconnor: A few areas: miniapps; voice agents (how to apply WCAG)
<joconnor> These areas could be good for user requirements etc like XAUR and RAUR
jasonjgw: Neural networks?
janina: Not enough direct accessibility impact at this point to pursue
janina: we could discuss effective ways to apply them, but it is not something that WCAG has been looking at
janina: Browsers already have the capability to use
janina: Currently we don't have a lot of expertise in our group, which is a limiting factor
joconnor: User agents and needs in voice interfaces would be part of a gap analysis; better to start here
<joconnor> I think the Voice Agents space is a WCAG 3.0 thing
janina: Voice agents sounds like something that is ripe for us to pursue
janina: Comparing the different platforms could be interesting
janina: Miniapps is also a good area to look at
Judy: keep in mind that Roy is out for a while
joconnor: Miniapps is a space worth looking at, but we need Roy as part of that work
jasonjgw: Possible connection of miniapps to augmented reality? Not sure...
<joconnor> JS: Maybe interesting metadata challenge
jasonjgw: These two issues seem to be viable for exploration (voice agents and miniapps)
RAUR and XAUR – review, issues, and progress toward publication.
jasonjgw: New branch is out
<joconnor> http://
jasonjgw: reactions?
jasonjgw: Recollection is we were going to do a call for wide review and gather comments, before going to notes status
jasonjgw: This is the RAUR
janina: call for second wide review is next step
joconnor: Timeline?
jasonjgw: We need to do another read ourselves for editorial presentation, maybe a week or two
jasonjgw: We don't need a CFC for a working draft
jasonjgw: Both substantive and editorial review will be helpful
jasonjgw: A sentence here or there or a link to related documents may be useful
XAUR
<joconnor> https://
janina: Need comments from immersive web
janina: Review the XAUR ourselves at this point?
Janina - we cannot hear you
W3C Workshop on Wide Color Gamut and High Dynamic Range for the Web.
jasonjgw: Unsure of timing for workshop

Miscellaneous updates and topics relevant to Task Force work.
<Judy_> https://
Judy_: one comment was that some of this content should be integrated into making presentations accessible (e.g., making a presentation during a meeting), also integrating some into "making audio and video media accessible", but neither is a good match, would take re-working, and scattered matching between sections
Judy_: the way we are phrasing things was seen as an issue; what other issues this maps into
Judy_: Hybrid settings (some in person, some remote) is another angle we need to consider
Judy_: What are the latest needs to help with updating this doc?
Scott: two aspects to the Wiki...how to set up remote environments for accessibility; the other side is the lack of accessible platforms, how to build new tools
Scott: video conference accessibily tip sheet might be good
jasonjgw: Color workshop deadline comes around before the next time we meet
janina: We should put in a placeholder presentation and edit later
