... it's a good timing to think about a draft Charter for the possible Smart Cities IG

Kaz: will talk with Jeff and Wendy about the procedure to make sure
... meanwhile we can start initial discussion on our wot repo
... I think the MEIG Charter should be a useful resource for that purpose because they also gather business requirements from industry stakeholders and related SDOs
